History of arts and design

 HEMALA BALASUPRAMANIAM 1107421
I want to know about t history of art and design and also I do not claim to be an expert on defining what art is and what it is not, but I do know that if we look at the differences between art and design and also t history of it,i will see a very clear line drawn between the three.
In 5 years time:
·         In 5 years time, I see myself progressing in graphic design and in learning new skills to the benefit of the company I work to. I find this job position extremely interesting and motivating. I can see many challenges lying ahead of me, which I am eager to experience. And therefore, I am willing to invest my 5 years time learning all aspects of the job towards professional advancement.
In 10 years time:
·         I don't think this is a good question (as much as some people may deny it, we don't know what the future holds for us). I just make up something.

I don't know where I will be 10 days from now, let alone 10 years. I don't have any specific goals, as long as I have some form of employment that will pay my bills, student loans, and rent I'm content.

As for 5 years ago, again I don't set goals, but I wouldn't have guessed I would get a master's degree in education. I spontaneously applied for grad school after graduation. A complete different career turns from marketing/advertising.
In 20 years time:
·         Whatever it is, i should communicate high aspirations and a potential career worthy of an MBA graduate in 20 years time. On the other hand i must demonstrate career-path realism: my dreams will take a lifetime to mature, and even then they may not. it should sound like i understand how careers evolve in my field and the ways i might have to “do your time” (even if highly paid) before i become a true titan of my industry

I hope to some knowledge form this particular class because it defined simply as a chronological description of the various objects we now classify as art, would be a pretty marginal affair, probably of less general interest than a history of machinery, or a history of clothing.

Ya ,I do think so, history of art and design is necessary because The History of art is a multidisciplinary science, seeking an objective examination of art throughout time, classifying cultures, establishing periodizations and observing the distinctive and influential characteristics of art

The art of making the pictures, diagram or images by the use of pencil, crayon or chalk is called Drawing.  It can be very beautiful, breathtaking and realistic. The talented artists and their magnificent artwork around the world are the greatest source of inspiration for almost everyone.

I think it's because the art isn't totally out. It comes from somewhere else, from another side of the veil. So I end up being in the dark about it.
